AutoPacific and Autobytel Inc. have conducted the 16th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. The awards are designed to help drivers make informed decisions when it comes to purchasing a vehicle by using a “word of mouth” survey. Over 75,000 vehicle owners incorporating all major auto makers were surveyed on their satisfaction of the current 2012 model year vehicle they own. Vehicle owners provide feedback on more than 45 vehicle attributes including quietness of vehicle cabin, driver’s seat comfort, and ease of getting in and out of the vehicle.
The 2012 Honda Pilot was the top rated premium mid-size crossover SUV winner.
