Jim Sigel Automotive is no stranger to accolades. Our most recent award came from our Honda Service Department. For the second consecutive quarter, Jim Sigel Honda is District Winner of a Customer Service Experience survey.
Each quarter Perry Morris, American Honda Motor Corp., District 2G – Parts & Service Manager, holds a contests in his district where the dealership service department that scores the highest in Customer Service Experience survey results receives a complimentary lunch courtesy of Perry himself. Perry, a former resident of North Carolina, delivered an excellent North Caroline-style bar-b-q lunch consisting of pulled pork, cole slaw, and hush puppies.
“The service advisors and technicians have been outstanding and are enjoying this great lunch. Of course we know we’re not 100% perfect. But that’s the goal,” said Service Manager Gordon Nolan.
